“Lodos” Bench reflects the moody character of Istanbul. The wavy form on the top symbolizes the powerful impact of “lodos”, the strong southwesterly wind in Istanbul, whereas a different wave form at the bottom represents the waters of the Bosphorus churning rapidly on a windy day.
